The second shot I made for the Seven Stars Re-Animate Project, another group re-animation project that re-animates an episode from the classic anime Dragon Ball, with different animators assigned for each shot.

This one is animated entirely in TVPaint, and utilizes a lot of their built-in watercolor brushes for the textured style.
